For this Ameristar commercial we sculpted a centaur out of foam and covered it with fur.  the talent would sit on his knees inside the costume. Talent could then move the hooves and tail by moving their feet.  This made it feel more animated.  Unfortunately the action portion of the suit didn’t make the cut.
